I have bought from Lamps Plus many times in the past, and always satisfied with the fast shipping and general quality. My only problem is that I think the pictures of the items (ie lampshades for example) should be represented on the size lamps it would work with. Pictures of actual items in settings... I think you would have a lot less returns if examples, etc. were adequately portrayed.
